Caribbean Tropical Salad



24 fl-oz. romaine and kale blend
1 fl-oz. jicama, medium dice
1 fl-oz. mango, medium dice
1 fl-oz. pineapple, medium dice
1 fl-oz. avocado, medium dice
2 fl-oz. Ken's Citrus Dijon Vinaigrette
1 chicken breast, grilled, sliced
1 tbsp. honey roasted pecans
1 fl-oz. citrus chipotle tortilla chips


Place the first five ingredients in a large mixing bowl and toss with Ken's Citrus Dijon Vinaigrette until well coated. Remove to cold salad bowl and place slice grilled chicken on top. Sprinkle salad with honey roasted pecans and citrus chipotle tortilla strips. Serve with toasted French bread.
