1 Whole rotisserie chicken, seasoned with salt, pepper, and olive oil
6 oz. Tandoori BBQ sauce (see recipe below)
1 1/2 oz. SBR Original BBQ Sauce
1 tsp. Lemon zest Tandoori BBQ Sauce - Combine all ingredients and mix thoroughly, then heat in a saucepan.
1 cup Ken's Blue Ribbon Texas Barbecue Sauce
2 tbsp. Tandoori spice
2 tbsp. Freshly squeezed orange juice
2 tbsp. Plain Greek yogurt
Roast the chicken and let partially cool. Cut chicken off rib bone to form two ½ chickens.Reheat ½ chickens and glaze with tandoori BBQ sauce. Spread SBR Original BBQ Sauce on a plate and place the chicken on top. Garnish with lemon zest.
